Every lead gets a reference number
Someone searches, your ad shows, they click. Our tracking on your website notes which ad brought each visitor.
One account manager, dozens of clients, a glance at your account once a month. That was the old way. Now Claude, Codex and Gemini, three of the world's most advanced AIs, work your account every week. They hunt down wasted spend, check each other's work, and nothing changes until all three agree.

In Google Ads, a keyword written in square brackets, like [emergency plumber], is an exact match keyword. Your ad only shows for searches that mean the same thing, not for loosely related ones that waste money. Most accounts we see lean on broad settings that let Google decide where the money goes.
That is how we run every account: precise targeting, every search reviewed, nothing spent on traffic that can't become a customer. We named the agency after it because it's the whole job.

Exact match: only searches that mean the same thing.Broad match: Google decides what counts as related, and you pay for those clicks too.
Most local businesses know what they spend on Google Ads and roughly how busy the phone was. Few can say which ad produced which booked job or appointment, so nobody can tell good spend from wasted spend.
And Google's own bidding learns from form fills and calls whether or not they were real customers.
At home service businesses, only 52% of calls reach a person.
So some leads you paid for are lost before anyone answers. Source: Invoca, 2026.
Someone searches, your ad shows, they click. Our tracking on your website notes which ad brought each visitor.
When someone fills out your form, the lead arrives in your inbox with a number like W7K3M9QX2A, tied to the ad that paid for it.
Reply with the numbers that booked and what they were worth. Junk, spam and wrong-service leads are marked too. We report qualified leads and booked jobs back to Google, never the junk, so its bidding goes after customers like the ones you want.
Each week the account gets a full review. A change only moves forward when three independent AIs agree, and anything that adds spend waits for a person.
Once a month: what Google charged, to the cent and separate from our fee; leads; booked customers; cost per booked customer; and every change we made, with the reason.
The old way was one person skimming your account between dozens of others. Now Claude, Codex and Gemini go through every search term and every proposed change. One model can be confidently wrong; three models from three different companies rarely make the same mistake at the same time. When they disagree, nothing changes. Anything that adds spend still waits for a person.
Reads every search term, finds the waste, drafts the changes, and writes your monthly summary in plain English. The numbers in that summary come from code, not from the AI.
Reviews every proposed change on its own, without seeing the other reviews, and says whether it agrees.
Checks the same change independently. If any reviewer holds a change, it does not go live.
Anything that raises spend, widens where your ads show, or changes what your ads promise needs a human yes. Spending caps written into our code can't be overridden by any AI.
We don't have client results to show yet, and we won't invent any. This is the lead ledger behind every report, with made-up numbers. Each row is one lead you can find in your own inbox by its reference number.

Cost per booked customer = Google's charge ÷ booked customers from adsBoth numbers come straight from your Google account and this ledger.
If your customers search, call and book, Google Ads can be measured down to the job. Each industry gets its own playbook, and the rules Google sets for it. See all 18 playbooks.
Repair kept apart from replacement, seasonal budgets, Local Services alongside Search.
Home servicesEmergency and planned work run separately, calls tracked as leads, service areas set by where people are, not what they're interested in.
AppointmentsBooked appointments reported to Google. For health businesses we report by click ID only and send no patient contact details, as Google's customer data policy requires.
High-value leads qualified before they count, so Google bids toward real cases and clients instead of every form.
Tight service areas, call-first ads and a monthly cost per booked customer you can check yourself.

On every plan: a one-time $497 setup covers tracking, conversion setup and the first account rebuild. You pay Google for your ads directly, on your own card, in your own account. Our fee is billed separately and every invoice shows it apart from Google's charges. Month to month after the first 90 days.
Minimum ad spend: $1,500 a month for home services, $1,000 a month for appointment businesses. Below that, Google's automated bidding rarely gets enough conversions in a month to learn from, and our fee would be too large a share of your spend to make sense for you.
Not the people. The math. An account manager splits each week across many clients, while Google Ads needs constant, detailed attention: new search terms every day, and settings Google changes every few months. Our AIs go through all of it every week, and they do nothing but Google Ads, so nothing gets skimmed.
Yes. The account is in your business's name and billed to your card. We get access through a manager link you can remove at any time.
Three things. Spending caps are written into our software and no AI can change them. Any change that adds spend needs a person to approve it. And a daily check pauses campaigns that run past their budget. Every change is logged and can be rolled back.
Each model has blind spots. Claude, Codex and Gemini come from three different companies and were trained differently, so they tend to catch each other's mistakes. A change only moves forward when all three agree.
You give us read-only access. We pull the last 30 days, run every check we use on client accounts, and send you a plain-English report: wasted spend, tracking gaps, and what we would change first. You keep the report whether or not you hire us.
Yes. Google treats health as a sensitive category, so we report booked appointments to Google by ad click ID only and never send patient contact details. Health ads also follow Google's healthcare advertising rules, which we check before anything runs.
Yes, alongside Search. Google requires the business itself to complete Local Services verification, so that part stays with you. We help with everything after it.
Not yet. Partner status requires managing $10,000 in client ad spend over 90 days, among other requirements. We'll say so when we earn it, and not before.
No. We use their AI models and Google's advertising tools. We're an independent agency.
Send us a few details. We'll reply within one business day with how to give us read-only access.
